Mother Teresa had two special “weapons” which she used all the time to get graces for herself and other’s. Her Speedy Novena was 10 Memorares prayed, 9 for a petition and one for thanksgiving. Her Bullets were the Miraculous Medals that she gave out in the thousands! Now you get them both as well as a medal of St. Mother Teresa as a silent prayer to her, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and Mother of Sorrows! 
 
Taking a Miraculous Medal in her knarled and toil worn fingers, Mother Teresa often would ask the sick person “Where does it hurt?”; then she would gently press the medal on that spot.  “Let Our Lady kiss where it hurts,” she would be heard to say.  Then she would tell the sick person: “Repeat after me: ‘Mary Mother, be a mother to me NOW.'” She would stress the word “now,” and repeat the phrase, as she caressed the sick with Our Lady’s medal.  
 
Testimonials of the Miraculous Medal
My mother and father-in-law brought back three Miraculous Medals from Paris, France. One for me, my husband, and our 17-year-old son. My son put his medal in his car for protection while traveling. The day before his 18th birthday, he was involved in a single car crash, in which his car flipped multiple times—totaling his car. By the grace of God and our Blessed Mother, he was able to walk away from this crash without a scratch on him. He will always carry his medal with him! We are so grateful that our Lady was watching over our son.
I am writing in thanksgiving to our Blessed Mother. I asked her to intercede with her Son that I would be healed if it was his will. The Cross
“Mother Teresa found [a replica of] this cross in the dirt on the street and knew nothing of its history. She discovered it again when she visited the Vatican and saw that it was the pectoral cross of Archbishop Errázuriz. Mother Teresa told him that this cross best expressed what she and her community wanted to do: Like Mary to stand by the Cross of the Dying Christ and to meet him there.
